By parking in the car park you are subject to the conditions of parking as displayed which will include the payment of a parking fee under certain circumstances. Your parking ticket tax invoice describes the reason you are required to pay a parking fee. Q. How is it that you can issue a fine on private property?
A. You have been issued with a parking ticket tax invoice for a parking fee. It is not a fine. The owner of the property is legally entitled to charge a fee for parking.

Q. I didn’t see any signs?
A. Signage is displayed prominently at the entrances to the car park and throughout the car park. The signs clearly describe the conditions which apply to parking in the property.
