When you make a payment of your parking ticket a secure server is used. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts the information you send through this web site. Parkpay makes no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of that encryption and Parkpay is not responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.
Delivery Policy
This site only displays general information and provides the option to pay for outstanding parking tickets (Parking Fee Tax Invoice). There is no product to deliver.
Refund Policy
Parkpay Pty Ltd has a limited refund policy. This only allows for a refund when a credit card payment has been made and for unforeseen reasons, more than the payment owing has been made.
